How K-Beauty Application Forms Work

A K-Beauty PR application form is usually one of three things:

• A dedicated partnership page on the brand website, often linked in the footer under "Collaborations", "Creators", or "Influencer Program".
• A Google Form the brand drops in their Instagram bio or Stories when they open a recruitment round.
• A typeform or in-app form on a creator platform the brand recruits through.

The form almost always asks for the same five things: your handles, follower count, engagement rate, audience location, and content style. Have these ready in a note on your phone so you can apply to ten brands in twenty minutes instead of one brand a day.

One important habit: brands rotate these forms. A form that is closed in January reopens in March. Bookmark the ones that are closed and check back monthly, or skip the waiting entirely and let brands come to you on a creator platform.

Beauty of Joseon

The Glow Serum and Relief Sun sunscreen turned this brand into a household name, and they reward creators who do honest, ingredient-led reviews. They accept creators well under 10K.

• Where to apply: the collaboration page on beautyofjoseon.com, plus their global PR inbox listed in the site footer. They also recruit through creator platforms.
• What they send: their core range, usually serums, sunscreens, and cleansers together.
• Best for: review-style and routine content, especially sensitive skin angles.

Round Lab

Known for the Dokdo line and Birch Juice Moisturizer. Their Western presence is growing fast, which means they are actively building a creator roster right now. That is the best moment to apply to any brand.

• Where to apply: the contact or partnership form on roundlab.com, or their regional marketing email. Following and engaging on their Instagram before you apply genuinely helps.
• What they send: full-size hero products, often a full routine set.
• Best for: hydration and barrier-repair focused content.

Anua

The Heartleaf Toner became a TikTok staple, and Anua leaned hard into creator marketing to get there. They respond well to short-form video creators and they recruit on creator platforms constantly.

• Best for: TikTok and Reels creators who can show texture and results.

Torriden

Retailer Forms That Unlock Dozens of Brands

How to Fill the Form So You Get Picked

The form is a filter. Brands skim hundreds of them. These small things move you to the yes pile:

• Lead with engagement rate if you are small. A 6 percent engagement rate on 3K followers is more attractive than 1 percent on 30K. Put the number in.
• Name a specific product. If there is a free-text box, mention a hero product you actually use. It proves you are not mass-applying.
• Be specific about content. "A 45 second ingredient breakdown Reel" beats "some posts".
• Link a clean, on-niche feed. If they click your profile and see eight skincare posts in a row, you look like a safe bet.

What to Do When There Is No Form

Plenty of strong brands do not run a public form. They still want creators, they just have not built a landing page for it. In that case you send a short, specific email to their PR or marketing team. Keep it under 150 words, name a product, propose one clear deliverable, and attach your media kit.
